  • Simutech Multimedia, a provider of simulation training, launched a new 3-D simulation training platform designed to help operations and maintenance professionals develop the advanced automation skills needed in an increasingly digitally connected manufacturing environment.
  • Crosschq, Inc., a new company focused on eliminating the problem of bad hires, unveiled a new platform that transforms human insights from candidates’ references into predictive data to ensure they are well matched with a company. The self-service, cloud-based software-as-a-service solution has fully integrated management dashboards that include self-assessment, digital referencing, culture match, people analytics, systems integration, and a candidate locker to store information.
  • PAIRIN unveiled PAIRIN Hiring, which utilizes a science-based approach to prioritize applicants based on their abilities rather than just resumes. The software-as-a-service-based tool allows companies to identify top performers based on the behaviors and mindsets that are most important for a job role and specific company culture. It also offers API access for seamless integration into existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with support for bi-directional data transfer.
