>> Exaltive.com launched a cloudbased immersive video suite that allows users to create clickable interactive video and supports video hosted on platforms such as Vimeo, Kaltura, and YouTube. With Exaltive Designer and Interactive Player, users can enhance video with navigation, annotations, quizzes, pop-up details, and embedded Web pages.

>> Ramp, a provider of next-generation video and search experiences, unveiled the MetaPlayer 4 video player, which delivers enhanced audio and video experiences, including: accessibility compliance, localization, HTML5 advertising support, updated load workflows, Live Webcasting, new mobile and social capabilities, and new DVR capabilities for Ramp enterprise customers.

>> IT management solutions provider Network Alliance, Inc., expanded its VoIP capabilities with its new Web/ videoconferencing solution. It includes full integration with the user’s Web browser (no plug-ins or downloads required) and access to remote desktop control with screen-sharing capabilities.

>> eLogic Learning debuted eSSential Plus, a new offering that includes upgrades to its eSSential Learning Management System (including content authoring and management capabilities), access to a premium third-party course library, and one custom-developed course.

>> Beerud Sheth, founder of Elance, created TeamChat, an app that enables businesses to stop endless e-mail and message replies using “chatlets—programmable chat-applets that use in-message smart-forms technology to summarize message replies in an extended multiple-party conversation.
