>> PeriscopeIQ launched PeriscopeENGAGE, a solution that integrates customer and employee feedback and identifies employees’ level of engagement. The new Voice of Employee (VOE) product for corporations and associations combines scientific survey data from employees and customers in a single solution for rapid, easy-to-digest insights in areas such as operational improvements, revenue enhancement, customer acquisition and retention, and customer and employee engagement.

>> Pinnacle Performance Company’s new Virtual Coach Suite provides affordable, convenient, and scalable communication and presentation skills training. It helps learning and development and field sales training managers identify emerging leaders, sales superstars, and burgeoning executives, and assess and develop their communication skills accordingly.

>> U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm KPMG LLP launched a comprehensive training and continuing professional education (CPE) service. KPMG Learning aims to meet the growing need for corporate training-related services in an increasingly complex financial services regulatory environment.

>> Best Practice Institute introduced a new social network, skillrater.com, that makes it easy for members to request work performance ratings from managers, co-workers, and direct reports across a domestic and global workforce. Individuals may join the Skillrater social network at no cost; corporations may purchase a premium or enterprise membership to use Skillrater as an in-house platform for feedback, talent management, and social networking.
