>> Peoplefluent, a human capital management technology company, unveiled its updated Social HCM Product Suite. It features an enhanced end-to-end Talent Management suite and delivers a comprehensive and interactive enterprise social networking strategy to organizations.

>> Bersin & Associates, a provider of membership programs that deliver research-based best practices in Human Resources (HR), talent, and learning, introduced BersinInsights, a personalized, integrated, and scalable platform that cross-references and links its store of research-based models, tools, information, and people strategies. This allows members to quickly find answers, design solutions, benchmark programs, explore vendor solutions, and continue learning more on a topic.

>> To help measure and assess the deployment of learning and thereby help prove ROI, management and global collaboration training consultancy TMA World developed an online assessment tool, Deployment Plus. It measures integrated ROI by targeting learning to a specific skills gap and capturing improvements in capability, increases in deployment, and specific deployment evidence. The tool can be used in conjunction with TMA World’s curriculum and also third-party training solutions.

>> Columbia Business School Executive Education launched its first online executive education program in partnership with the Institute for Personal Leadership (IPL). The inaugural program, Personal Leadership Online, is offered in two versions—the Essentials Edition and Executive Edition—running from 10 to 12 weeks and priced at $989 and $1,899, respectively.
