  • UneeQ, a leader in digital human technology, launched its Immersive Training Platform, an advancement and evolution of its Sales Trainer solution that is built on the company’s Digital Human Operating System. The new platform enables organizations to create lifelike, emotionally intelligent AI-powered training simulations at scale across key learning domains, including sales, customer service, and leadership. Whether it’s navigating difficult sales objections, delivering tough feedback, or managing conflict with empathy, UneeQ’s digital humans provide learners with safe yet emotionally rich environments to practice and master the conversations that matter most. Features include scenario management, scoring and analysis, real-time coaching, and personalized feedback.
  • Emergn, a global leader in AI-first products and services, announced a significant advancement to its Praxis product management platform, Stella AI. The AI-enabled platform now supports teams through the full product lifecycle, combining coaching, integrated product management tools, and on-demand coaching in one intelligent workspace. Stella uses product-specific context and Emergn’s knowledge base to deliver targeted recommendations, generate tailored learning modules, and guide tasks step by step. Real-time guidance and content are tied directly to active product work. Strategy, research, execution, and measurement all happen in one environment, with interactive tools and AI-driven recommendations.
  • WellSaid unveiled the next generation of its AI voice platform for learning and development teams. Features include: higher-fidelity audio (up to 96 kHz audio is now standard); the ability to add multiple voices in one script for conversational flow, adjust pitch and pacing, render by sentence or paragraph, and get instant pronunciation help from a smart toolbar; 36 new voices spanning Arabic, Persian, Turkish, and 18 dialects; plus Oxford Dictionary guidance and thousands of built-in medical and legal terms.
  • RAIN Group, a global sales training company, launched RAIN Sales AI, an integrated suite of AI sales coaching tools built to accelerate development, streamline coaching, and deliver real-time insight. The suite includes three essential tools: RAIN Conversation AI (roleplay real-world sales conversations with AI buyer personas); RAIN Planner AI (instantly evaluate completed sales planners); and RAIN Measure AI (track skill development, coaching impact, and execution trends through dashboards designed for sellers, managers, and leaders).
  • Intrepid by VitalSource, a cohort-based learning platform built to connect, practice, and upskill, announced the newest evolution of its AI Activity feature: voice interaction. Learners now can speak their responses aloud—and receive personalized, real-time replies through voice. For teams looking to bring their brand to life, the new Avatar option lets admins select from default visuals or upload custom images to personalize the interface even further. Key features include: conversational realism for simulations and coaching practice, multimodal access (voice or text) to meet learner preferences, scalable personalization without extra development effort, and deeper engagement in practice-based activities.
  • AI-powered explainer video platform simpleshow released a new feature that allows users to integrate video footage, such as interviews, product demos, screencasts, or branded intros and outros, directly into their explainer videos as full scenes, standalone video spots, or background elements.
  • Hudson Talent Solutions, a global leader in talent advisory and workforce solutions, announced the launch of HudsonFlow, the newest addition to its Hudson TalentFusion digital ecosystem. At the core of HudsonFlow is TESS, Hudson’s proprietary agentic AI agent. Unlike traditional AI that requires constant prompts, TESS takes initiative, executing tasks from end to end to create a seamless recruitment process.
  • Lean Solutions Group, a solutions provider integrating AI-driven automation, embedded industry expertise, and tech-powered talent, unveiled LeanTek Connect, a workforce intelligence platform that transforms how companies manage their personnel. LeanTek Connect embeds AI and analytics directly into business workflows so leaders spot engagement risks early, handle account needs instantly, and prove ROI with transparent metrics.
  • io, a leader in AI-powered extended reality (XR) solutions for training and operational support, launched its AI-driven Visual Remote Assist plugin for Salesforce.com and ServiceMax, enabling visual collaboration inside service workflows. Users can initiate and manage visual-assist sessions from a case record, accelerate issue resolution, improve first-time fix rates, and capture knowledge directly in their customer relationship management (CRM) system. The integration combines AI-augmented reality (AR) and workflow automation to help field service teams resolve equipment issues faster, reduce downtime, and retain expert knowledge across global operations.
  • Pluralsight, a leading technology skills development company, announced an expansion of its AI-supported learning capabilities, introducing new product features such as enhancements to Iris, Pluralsight’s AI learning assistant, and new AI-driven translations. For Spanish, German, and French learners, the platform now offers AI-powered translations with natural-sounding audio in the voice of the original course author, allowing learners to hear content in their own language while maintaining the authenticity of expert instruction. The translation engine adapts not just words but tone, cadence, and cultural inflections. AI-driven lip sync and localized closed captions further enhance comprehension and accessibility. Learners also can more actively engage in course content with expanded “just-in-time” knowledge checks that help build confidence in applying foundational knowledge. Iris also now includes the “ask this video” feature, a new experience that allows learners to ask questions about any video segment and receive accurate, transcript-sourced answers aligned with the author’s instruction.
