  • LearnUpon, a global leader in learning technology, acquired Courseau, an AI-assisted course authoring platform. Courseau now will be part of LearnUpon’s expanding offering, combining LearnUpon’s delivery platform with Courseau’s AI-native authoring technology. Courseau’s offerings are designed to be accessible with self-serve capabilities.
  • Fitch Learning, a global leader in financial learning and professional certifications, signed an agreement with Moody’s to acquire two of its businesses: Moody’s Analytics Learning Solutions (MALS), a global provider of credit training, and the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), a provider of professional certifications for the Canadian financial services industry.
  • Skillsoft, an AI-native skills management platform, announced a strategic partnership with edX, the global online education provider from 2U. edX’s catalog of courses from leading universities and companies, including instructor-led executive education programs, will integrate directly into the Skillsoft Percipio Platform.
