  • Publisher and global leader in research and education Wiley launched Worksmart, the next step of its Everything DiSC behavioral assessment. The new tool offersshort, focused training sessions to help managers address key challenges within their daily flow of work. It combines DiSC insights with focused, one-hour training sessions and on-demand action planning. Worksmart offers sessions on five specific topics: giving constructive feedback, managing conflict, empowering your team, helping your team navigate change, and motivating your team.
  • Traliant, a leader in online compliance training, announced new Discrimination Prevention for Managers training to help supervisors and managers navigate new discrimination issues that they are likely to encounter from the recent wave of Executive Orders. Traliant’s Discrimination Prevention for Managers training explains how the recent Executive Orders, EEOC, and DOJ guidance impact anti-discrimination law—breaking down the emerging risks managers may not be aware of, clarifying legal gray areas, and providing practical strategies for responding to sensitive issues. Each certification program draws from real-world best practices and the research behind multiple #1 bestselling books by LearnLogic CEO Nicholas J. Webb, an organizational futurist and innovation expert.   • AI-powered talent intelligence platform Cangrade unveiled its AI-powered Jules interview practice tool, designed to help jobseekers refine their interview skills through personalized, on-demand mock interview sessions. Building on the success of Jules for self-discovery, this new capability simulates real interview scenarios by analyzing a user’s job description and resume to generate tailored behavioral and soft skill questions dynamically.
  • Bettabite, a graphical-based hiring platform, officially launched. It aims to create a new standard format for career representation, moving past PDFs with a more visual approach that streamlines hiring for both employees and employers. Bettabite offers a visual and interactive skill and personality chart resume builder. It allows people to track their growth over time by dynamically assessing their skills and adding information that builds their profile.
  • Intrepid by VitalSource, a cohort-based learning platform, announced the launch of its new podcast: Being Intrepid: Navigating the Future of Learning. Hosted by Sam Herring, co-founder of Intrepid, the podcast offers a space for learning and talent leaders to explore the real-world challenges shaping the future of workforce development. Each episode features candid conversations with enterprise learning executives, consulting leaders, and technology experts. The premiere episode, titled Learner Experience + Collaboration = Grant Thornton’s High-Impact Manager Development, spotlights Amy Happ, director of Leadership and Professional Development at Grant Thornton. Being Intrepid is now streaming on SpotifyApple Podcasts, and YouTube, with new episodes released on a regular basis.
  • Global benefits intelligence platform Origin officially launched after announcing it has raised $21 million in Series A funding led by Felix Capital, with participation from Acadian Ventures and Notion Capital. Origin’s core innovation is Cuido, which ingests and structures massive volumes of previously unstructured data—including benefit policies, leave allowances, vendor contracts, and commissions—into a centralized, intuitive intelligence layer. This real-time visibility allows benefits teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, streamline vendor management, enhance employee engagement, and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Perceptyx announced the expanded availability of its behavior change solution, Activate, which now can be deployed in connection with any third-party enterprise EX platform—including Qualtrics, Medallia, and Viva Glint. Now available to any organization, regardless of the platform they use to collect employee feedback, Activate empowers leaders to translate insights into meaningful behavior change at scale.   • StrataTech Education Group (StrataTech), an operator of skilled trade schools: The Refrigeration School, Inc. (RSI) in Phoenix and Tulsa Welding School (TWS) with locations in Tulsa, Jacksonville, Houston, and Dallas Metro, launched a new Advanced Industrial Maintenance Technology (AIMT) program. The skilled trade program is open for enrollment at TWS Houston and TWS Dallas Metro. In as little as seven months, students can be prepared for careers as industrial service and maintenance technicians across industries such as manufacturing, energy, distribution, and industrial systems. Students will gain a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems, develop awareness of workplace hazards and safety protocols, and receive practical training in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Employee recognition and rewards platform Motivosity launched its new Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs) The solution enables companies to easily fund and manage perks such as wellness stipends, learning budgets, work-from-home allowances, and commuter benefits—all while maintaining control, visibility, and automation. Motivosity’s LSAs are fully integrated with the company’s ThanksMatters Visa card, allowing employees to spend their benefits in the Motivosity store, through custom reward catalogs, or out in the world in pre-defined categories set by their company. Administrators can launch multiple LSA programs in minutes, configure detailed spending rules, and automate top-ups—all while tracking usage and ROI from a single dashboard.
  • RAIN Group, a global sales training company, announced the expansion of its leadership development services in the U.S. market in collaboration with its parent company, UK-based Alchemist. Leaders build skills by practicing real-world scenarios in psychologically safe environments—whether through simulations, live scenarios with trained actors, or AI-enabled coaching—guided by expert facilitators. Participants receive immediate feedback and have time for reflection and integration. The U.S. launch includes a customizable portfolio of leadership development programs, ranging from first-time manager essentials to executive-level growth. Each program includes pre-/post-assessments and longitudinal tracking to measure ROI.
  • Marta Wilson launched The LEAP Enterprise, a new venture dedicated to transforming organizational leadership through the LEAP, Leadership Effectiveness and Potential, framework. The LEAP Enterprise is centered around four masteries: Personal, Interpersonal, Organizational, and Motivational.   • Lightcast, a global leader in labor market data, analytics, and expert guidance, announced a series of new educational program diagnostic tools built into its curriculum intelligence application, Skillabi. Designed for higher education and corporate learning and development (L&D), Skillabi analyzes program content—program descriptions, learning outcomes, and training materials—and, using sophisticated algorithms, maps it against labor market data. The algorithms identify gaps and trends and give program leaders actionable intelligence to build or modify programs to meet evolving workforce demands. Based on 18 billion labor market data points (including job postings, career profiles, and company and compensation data), Lightcast’s Skillabi leverages a new program-occupation alignment score to close the gap between “taught” and “sought” skills.
