Employees in every age group and across the world identified conflict management as their top area for growth, according to a survey by CoachHub.

How well do your employees navigate relationships at work? Employees in every age group and across the world identified conflict management as their top area for growth, according to global digital coaching platform CoachHub’s 2023 Global Trends (https://www.coachhub.com/global-coach-buyer-survey/), which surveyed 600-plus respondents across 42 countries and 19 industries. In 2022, employees globally also chose to time management, resilience, and communication skills.

While conflict management was the priority focus across all age groups, time management was a higher concern for learners ages 20 to 35 and emotional regulation improve their emotional regulation, for those ages 35 and over.
