Primarily operating in the finance industry, Chris oversaw learning and development, performance, employee experience and engagement. He has led 10 national bank merger and acquisition change management initiatives. By leveraging technology that focused on experience and modern learning practices, he delivered skills and talent when organizations needed it most. Before joining Class, Chris was also supporting one of the top HR research and consulting firms, RedThread Research.
