Dan Carusi is an experienced P&L leader in Sales, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, & Performance Improvement - helping organizations achieve both growth targets and business outcomes. Former Chief Learning Officer for multiple PE owned Software SaaS companies leading sales & business transformations. A Change Management practitioner helping numerous companies and leadership teams navigate the challenges associated with implementing change initiatives across the organization. Developed and implemented Leadership Development & Executive Coaching programs recognized by Brandon Hall and CLO Magazine. Co-Author of Change Management for Dummies & Talent Management for Dummies books and multiple published articles on Fistful of Talent. Dan’s learning experiences from the adventure expeditions and horses are incorporated into his Experiential Learning programs, designed to help organizations, teams, & people apply what they learn in nature to the workplace resulting in personal & professional development. Dan graduated from Moravian College with a BA in History & Business. Dan was also a member of the 1989 Moravian College Track & Field team and inducted into Moravian College Sports Hall of Fame in 2013. Dan resides in Virginia on their horse farm with his wife, two children, two dogs, five horses, and one cat, along with numerous critters and wildlife. When he has downtime, you can find Dan hiking the AT, climbing a rock face, or trail riding with his horse Jake.
