Joy Meserve is a business consultant, leadership trainer, and executive coach. After two decades of executive experience in scaling operations and developing leaders, she founded Leading with Joy to help other executives develop leaders that foster high-performing and joyful workplace cultures where it’s a win-win for companies and their employees. Meserve leverages her experience as the former COO of iD Tech, where she spent 22 years scaling people and operations from startup to international expansion to a $200 million acquisition, delivering service to 50,000 students each year.
