Mark Ward is the co-founder of THRIVE Learning, which was founded in 2018 and has rapidly grown to a team of more than 100, servicing 250-plus clients worldwide, including Matalan, Nando’s, Ted Baker, Zoopla, Coca-Cola, and Sky. It recently launched a complete learning and skills platform that combines the compliance capabilities of a learning management system (LMS) and the learner-led social feel of a learning experience platform (LXP) with a new skills development platform. This means companies can offer all employees artificial intelligence-driven recommendations based on roles, skills, interests, and goals. It is a collaborative tool with data-driven personalization and is aimed at making online learning fun and engaging, while keeping large teams separated by physical distance close together—think social media meets customer relationship management (CRM)—influenced by gamification.
