Mary Schafer

Mary Schafer serves as vice president in ADP’s Change Management organization and is responsible for helping clients across all industries with transformation, change management, and communications. She works with clients to provide strategy, advice, insights, and effective communications solutions to help organizations meet their HR goals. Schafer has 20 years of experience and has held senior marketing, communications and change management leadership positions and is a regular speaker at industry and ADP events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and an MBA from The University of Georgia.
