Mike Thomson

Mike Thompson is a lifelong student of leadership and talent development. As the CEO of SVI, one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies, he leads a team dedicated to helping organizations engage, train, and develop their workforce at scale. SVI’s flagship product, Learner Mobile, provides flexible, cost-effective systems and services that support workforce training, job readiness, performance, and overall development for companies such as Walmart, American Airlines, Dillard’s, Rutgers University, Catholic Charities, International Car Wash Association, Florida A&M University, Lifespace, StriVectin, and Dentsply Sirona. Thompson is the author of three top-selling leadership books: “The Organizational Champion,” “The Anywhere Leader,” and “Forging Grit.” His contributions have been recognized with honors such as the 40 Under 40 Award and Business of the Year finalist in his home state of Arkansas. Before founding SVI, Thompson built ThompsonMurray (now Saatchi & Saatchi X) into a leader in in-store marketing. He also served six years in the Air Force and Air National Guard.
