Paul Helton

Paul Helton is a founding member and executive director of Louisiana Economic Development’s LED FastStart® – the state’s award-winning workforce training and recruitment program. Under his leadership, LED FastStart has been ranked as the nation’s top state workforce program for 12 consecutive years by independent consultants and corporate leaders. Helton previously held workforce development positions with the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education, as an independent training consultant, and as a master training specialist with the U.S. Navy’s Trident nuclear submarine program.
