Sara Rahmani

As vice president of People Experience & DEI at Chronus, Sara Rahmani is a dynamic culture builder responsible for all things people, focusing on employee development; culture; engagement programs; and belonging, diversity and inclusion. Chronus empowers the world’s top employers to shape the future-ready workforce, delivering mentoring software that unleashes the full potential of their people. Prior to Chronus, Rahmani created curricula and developed district-wide academic programs for the Texas public school system. She also worked in several talent roles as a consultant for Vista Private Equity, a global HR leader for high-tech companies and in the legal field. In addition to a BS in Psychology from Texas State University, Rahmani completed her Master’s in Education from University of Phoenix and currently is working on her Doctorate in Education from Walden University.
