How are companies planning to overcome skills gaps caused by artificial intelligence (AI)? According to TalentLMS’ Skills for Success in the AI-Driven Future report, HR managers who responded that their company faces a skills gap caused by AI pointed to the following strategies:

  • Upskilling and reskilling: 58%
  • Investing in AI training tools: 58%
  • Hiring new employees: 41%
  • Internal mentoring and coaching: 35%
  • Outsourcing (leveraging external contractors and freelancers): 23%
