  • StandOut, powered by ADP, introduced StandOut coaching intelligence to encourage team connection and engagement. Practical insights based on platform-generated intelligence provide leaders with personalized strategies to authentically connect with each team member. StandOut coaching intelligence serves up customized talking points based on an individual’s strengths and what that individual shares in the StandOut platform during the Check-In. These talking points, available for every Check-In, every week, are meant to drive deeper conversations between a leader and an individual, helping the leader to take action and provide frequent, meaningful attention relevant to the team member’s experience.
  • 100 Days launched ELLA, a digital coaching roadmap for newly appointed leaders, to North American clients. ELLA operationalizes best practices into a five-phase program packed with insights, tools, and tips. Users adapt the program to their own needs and organization by applying the tools that work for their particular context over their first 100 days in their new role.
  • Wisetail, a leader in learning management systems that build companies into communities, launched its new Website and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The new Website features a more modern, community-focused look and feel. Wisetail’s LXP builds upon the company’s learning management system (LMS) and gives learners a sense of ownership. It enables learning in the flow of work and fosters a collaborative, personalized learning environment where companies can capitalize on social, gamification, and sharing features to build a culture of community.
  • MURAL introduced a new feature to its visual collaboration platform, allowing anyone to create professional, polished diagrams and maps. Consultants and product managers, designers and engineers, HR and educators now can easily visualize workflows, maps, processes, hierarchies, journeys, and more while working alongside their colleagues, clients, and customers. Additionally, MURAL published 15 new pre-built templates for diagramming and mapping, making it easy to customize users’ own flowcharts, organizational charts, sitemaps, decision trees, and more.
  • Syndio, an EquityTech analytics platform, announced the availability of Pay Policy Analytics, an extension of its flagship PayEQ software-as-a-service (SaaS) pay analytics product. This tool allows companies to support fair compensation by going beyond pay equity analyses to examine the impact of pay policies on compensation, identify the root causes of inequity at the policy level, and build better compensation models. Syndio’s Pay Policy Analytics generate current, data-driven views of all factors leading to differences in compensation, so HR and compensation leaders can instantly see if their intentions match reality and if not, recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Skillsoft, a leader in digital learning, training, and talent solutions, unveiled stackable digital badges awarded to learners as they complete Skillsoft’s role-based and skill-based learning paths called Aspire Journeys. This enhanced functionality, powered by digital badging partner Accredible, provides three levels of stackable digital badges that allow learners to demonstrate varying degrees of verifiable skill mastery. The badges are available on Skillsoft’s Percipio learning platform.
  • The University of Central Oklahoma launched LX Studio, a design studio specializing in creating custom education and training solutions. LX Studio provides a suite of custom solutions, including organizational learning strategy, education and training design, online and blended learning solutions, micro-credentials, customizable workforce learning content, professional certificates, state-of-the-art learning spaces, design facilitation, and an incubator program specializing in growing education and training businesses. At the heart of LX Studio solutions is the Learning Environment Modeling design system, which helps organizations reimagine learning experiences, gain clarity of strategic goals, energize collaborators, and deliver innovative value propositions for learning experiences.
