- Mindbreeze, a global provider of artificial intelligence-based knowledge management solutions, revealed enhancements to its Mindbreeze Insight Workplace, a central control plane for enterprises. These enhancements expand capabilities that enable organizations to scale agentic artificial intelligence (AI) in a structured, governed, and repeatable way. New capabilities include pre-built, role-specific AI applications defined by subject matter experts (Insight Touchpoints), automated multi-step workflows (Insight Journeys), and a centralized governance layer within the Insight Workplace. - ELIXR, a diagnostics-led workforce strategy and solutions firm, unveiled CareConscious, a proprietary system designed to help organizations identify, measure, and manage caregiving-related workforce risks. The system helps organizations identify where caregiving intersects with the employee lifecycle, such as leave, return to work, performance cycles, advancement timing, and policy execution, and translate those insights into clear, practical action. The CareConscious process begins with an anonymous, third-party workforce survey that captures both quantitative and qualitative data across an organization’s workforce or segmented by group or department. Using this data, ELIXR then delivers a detailed insights report followed by an executive strategy and advising phase focused on prioritizing urgent and critical actions.
- JDXpert, a job information management platform company for enterprise HR teams, launched JDX+, a next‑generation product that helps organizations standardize, govern, and analyze job information with AI‑guided workflows, in‑product insights, and a Job Architecture Builder. Features include a standardized job template, workflow and audit trails, analytics and queries, and integration with Human Resources information systems.
- Whatfix, a global leader in digital adoption platforms (DAP), unveiled its Healthcare Industry Vertical, which leverages AI to simplify complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) and clinical software systems. The new Healthcare Vertical provides a suite of solutions, including DAP Mirror for simulated and AI roleplay training, and product analytics,all powered by Screensense, Whatfix’s proprietary AI technology. Screensense integrates throughout the clinician’s workflow to interpret application context and user intent, providing intelligent content creation, real-time guidance, and adaptive user support at the moment of need.
- The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) announced an update to its digital platform NFPA LiNK, which provides access to the organization’s codes and standards library and other related resources. The next generation of NFPA LiNK introduces new tools and an AI assistant to help safety professionals make faster, smarter decisions as they work with NFPA guidelines to keep people safe, buildings up to code, and processes efficient. Key innovations of the enhanced NFPA LiNK include: CASI (Codes and Standards Intelligence), NFPA’s new AI-powered assistant that enables users to engage in interactive conversations, receive summarized responses, and access citations from NFPA content; an interactive and customizable notebook feature that allows users to import images, insert code references, add text, create checklists, and keep all project-related work within the platform; and a redesigned dashboard that empowers users to organize information in a way that fits their workflows.
