  • Winning by Design (WbD), a leader in accelerating and optimizing recurring revenue for B2B organizations, launched a new Customer Success (CS) Operating Model and updated multiple courses across its global Revenue Academy, including Skills Coaching, Selling into Enterprise Accounts, Account Management for Growth, and Prospecting for Impact. All cof the ourses directly tie to its signature Bow Tie Model. The CS Operating Model includes new CS blueprints; turn-by-turn directions for CS teams; and how to apply them across Onboarding, Adoption, and Expansion. The model also can be embedded directly into a rep’s workflow, via launch partners such as Aircover, a real-time, in-meeting coaching platform for sales reps and CSMs.
  • Leadership company FranklinCovey launched the FranklinCovey Impact Platform to generate behavior change at scale across organizations. The FranklinCovey Impact Platform comes from FranklinCovey’s acquisition of Strive and allows clients to combine its content, facilitators, and coaches to deliver on-demand and facilitated impact journeys and microlearning. The platform guides employees through assessments to help them and their organization understand leadership strengths and areas for development. As they progress, users complete Application Challenges, translating the concepts they have learned into concrete actions, and receive automated reinforcement. Users also can progress through skill-specific microcourses and more than 1,500 microlearning articles and videos. The FranklinCovey Impact Platform is only available as part of the FranklinCovey All Access Pass—a subscription that provides access to all of FranklinCovey’s content.
  • G-P (Globalization Partners) unveiled an array of new capabilities and enhancements to its Global Employment Platform. These include: Employment Contract Generator; new integrations with UKG, Greenhouse, and Hibob enabling seamless data flow between the G-P Global Employment Platform and human capital management (HCM), applicant tracking, payroll, and other systems; custom reporting capabilities and global talent mapping; and more intuitive navigation and labels, streamlined workflows, new iconography, and an in-product chatbot.
  • Managed learning services provider Wahoo Learning launched the next iteration of the WahooLMS, a learning management system (LMS) platform, specifically designed for training channel sales networks. WahooLMS offers customization, dynamic training delivery, certification, intuitive course translation, and integral shop functionality. It delivers a user-friendly catalog of branded resources with accessible related learning, prerequisites, and recertification requirements in an easy-to-view learner pathway based on partner type, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Cypher Learning, a provider of learning platforms for schools, universities, and organizations launched its new skills development This functionality, immediately available to users of both of the company’s products, MATRIX LMS for Business and NEO LMS for K-20, helps drive personalized learning journeys. The advanced features include: the ability to tag content and resources with competencies; personalized course, group, and forum recommendations for learners; goal progress tracking; and automation of daily tasks such as course enrollment or awarding of points and badges.
