- The Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) released its updated FMLA Medical Certification Process Microcredential Course. This self-paced course includes five interactive modules designed to equip the industry with the essential, up-to-date knowledge it needs to navigate the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) medical certification process and ensure company-wide compliance. Course participants navigate real-life scenarios, complete educational knowledge checks, and access resources. DMEC offers a digital badge and certificate to those who complete the microcredential.
