  • Poka, a connected worker platform for enterprise manufacturing, launched Huddle Boards, a new tool for the factory floor that brings the power of digital visual management to shift meetings, team huddles, and tiered meetings to enhance communication and improve issue resolution. Poka Huddle Boards provide a shared real-time digital hub for information such as key performance indicators (KPIs), issues, escalations, tasks, and standard work. Features include: a unified digital board interface; customizable pillars and sections; real-time data integration; task and issue tracking; agenda and attendance tools; cross-tier escalation and context passing; and device flexibility.
  • TeamBonding, a leader in corporate teambuilding, corporate volunteering, and event planning, announced the expansion of its CSR (corporate social responsibility) programs with three new offerings: Meal Pack Give Back (teams take part in corporate volunteering with nonprofit partner Meals of Hope, joining forces in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment to pack thousands of nutritious meals; each meal is donated to local food banks and pantries); Team Footprint (in an exclusive partnership with Clubfoot Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to treating clubfoot in children in Africa, teams assemble boot and brace systems); and Productive Planters (this customizable program allows teams to build planters with fresh produce and herbs for local donation).
  • Co-Active Training Institute unveiled a redesigned four-level training pathway that allows professionals to experience transformational coaching skills in foundational workshops or progress through to master-level certification. Integrate the four cornerstones of the Co-Active model to fundamentally shift how you build relational capacity and see people as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Each level serves both aspiring coaches and organizational leaders. Earn your Co-Active Coach Practitioner (CCP) or ICF-ACC certification through immersive, real-client experience. Achieve CPCC or PCC certification or the pinnacle MCC credential. Participants practice coaching from day one through immersive, contextual learning that responds to real moments as they emerge in the group.
  • The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a global nonprofit that is pioneering leadership coaching solutions and research, launched Amplify: Heighten Your Impact. This six-week online course for nonprofit leaders builds leadership skills and evaluation mindsets. The program focuses on expanding vital leadership and evaluation capabilities, including: learning agility, social identity and emotional intelligence, evaluation design and data collection, and storytelling and influence. CCL also unveiled a revamped Passport Leadership Content Subscription that offers unlimited access to half-day workshops, e-courses, microlessons, assessments, and instructor-led content. It now comes with responsive content updates, train-the-trainer certification, and a concierge service that integrates with in-house L&D strategies.
  • Employment platform iHire unveiled EDU Solutions Powered by iHire, a comprehensive brand unifying the platform’s suite of offerings for the higher and continuing education sectors. EDU Solutions combines iHire’s top education products under one strategic umbrella to help academic institutions meet their enrollment goals, connect with qualified hires, and upskill students with career readiness programs. EDU Solutions comprises three iHire product lines: Engaged Learning: With the Student Game Plan (SGP) and Sports Career Game Plan (SCGP) by WorkInSports programs, iHire’s engaged online learning solutions are designed to integrate directly into classrooms to prepare students to launch their careers and connect what they learn to real-world outcomes; Hiring: EDU Solutions partners with HR leaders and hiring managers across academic systems to fill a wide range of roles—from faculty to facilities and more—with qualified candidates; with iHire’s recruitment solutions, including Job Slots, Resume Search, and Outsourced HR Services, schools and universities can directly access talent from iHire’s 57 industry-specific talent communities; and Enrollment Marketing: Offering custom e-mail and display advertising campaigns and Webinar sponsorships, EDU Solutions teams up with enrollment marketers and program managers at top academic institutions to generate high-quality leads through hyper-targeted outreach.
  • Fitch Learning’s CQF Institute released its 2025 Careers Guide to Quantitative Finance. The guide provides insights for professionals and organizations in the field, including market analysis, expert interviews, and the latest salary benchmarks globally. A major focus in the report is AI and Machine Learning as it explores shifting role dynamics and skill sets needed as quant professionals increasingly work alongside data scientists and AI experts. Fitch Learning, a Fitch Solutions company, delivers financial training and certification programs. The CQF Institute is the awarding body of the Certificate in Quantitative Finance, supporting a global community of more than 35,000 quant professionals with education, career guidance, and industry insights.
  • Traliant, a leader in online compliance training, announced a new healthcare fraud course; expanded its De-escalation Training portfolio with two new courses; unveiled a major update to its AI in the Workplace: Acceptable Use of Generative AI Tools course; and launched a new suite of AI microlearning courses. Fraud, Waste and Abuse in Healthcare is designed to help healthcare organizations that accept public funds prevent costly violations and reduce organizational risk. The interactive course defines fraud, waste and abuse and illustrates how employee actions, whether intentional or accidental, can violate policies and laws that prohibit these practices. The new De-escalation training courses—De-escalation Training for Office and De-escalation Training for Industrial and Manufacturing—equip employees and managers in office and industrial/manufacturing environments with practical communication strategies and situational awareness techniques to recognize early warning signs of conflict, stay calm under pressure, and respond appropriately to agitated behavior. Traliant’s new AI Microlearning series delivers concise, high-impact videos—each under two minutes—to help employees quickly build practical AI skills. These mobile-friendly micro-courses cover 10 essential topics.
  • AI-driven education platform Mondosol provides AI-powered microlearning across 102 languages; personalized skill development pathways; a focus on practical, real-world applications; and adaptive learning technology. The training platform features gamified learning experiences, progress tracking and analytics, multi-language accessibility, and a skills-based curriculum design.
  • Career and technical education instructors now have more options for professional development through a new program from CompTIA, a global provider of vendor-neutral information technology (IT) training and certifications. The self-paced CompTIA OnDemand Professional Development Series equips teachers with industry-recognized certifications and strategies for modern technology instruction, while helping their schools build capacity for career and technical education (CTE) programs. The Professional Development Series is designed for educators in a variety of roles, including both new and experienced CTE teachers; IT, computer science, and digital literacy instructors; and education and tech staff team members interested in certifications and professional growth. The program offers: learning and certification options with CompTIA Tech+, A+, Network+ and Security+; expert support via live chats and weekly office hours with certified experts; bi-weekly mentor and guidance sessions with certified classroom teachers; interactive Webinars featuring tips on classroom setup, curriculum, and assessments; and research and skills development activities for the classroom and other resources to enrich CTE curricula.
  • Find Me Coaches (FMC) Ltd launched an automated platform called Flourish that brings a hybrid of human + AI coaching inside organizations. It uses a formula known as The 10x ROCI Roadmap to measure both the cultural and commercial Return on Coaching Investment. FMC evaluates an organization’s coaching needs and helps it select a bench of expert coaches from the company’s vetted network. Users get access to personalized coaching sessions, both human and AI-powered, tailored to their goals.
  • Lisa Hugo Coaching, a provider of executive voice and communication training, launched the Executive Voice & Presence Mastery Program, a 12-week program designed to help senior executives and entrepreneurs strengthen their leadership communication and presence. The program is available in four major markets—the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Core program components include: four hours of personalized one-on-one coaching; an online library vault of curated training modules on voice mastery, confident speaking, breath management, body language, and presentation preparation; bi-weekly live group sessions; executive community access; and professional podcast setup training. A final session focuses on media interview preparation and brand exposure.
  • Aptia, a U.S. employee benefits administrator, launched AptiaOne to help organizations deliver, manage, and measure employee benefits. Through enhanced API connectivity, AptiaOne integrates third-party HR and payroll, insurance and specialty vendors. Its embedded intelligence suite enables HR teams to benchmark performance, identify emerging issues, and demonstrate strategic impact. Employees also benefit from the embedded AI-powered intelligence, which provides them with personalized benefits guidance.
  • Identity security platform Oasis Security released the Non-Human Identity Management Fundamentals Certification, a vendor-agnostic training program designed to equip security and identity leaders with the skills to manage machine identities at scale. With self-paced modules, scenario-driven exercises, and competency assessments, the training is designed for both practitioners and leadership tracks and can be completed online.
  • Content creation and learning platform ThingLink announced the launch of its new flexible monthly subscription Creator Plans, designed to make immersive and spatial learning more accessible to creators, trainers and educators, and organizations worldwide. These new lower-tier plans—Create Starter and Create XR—offer tools for building and sharing interactive augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) content at a fraction of the traditional cost. With Create Starter (starting at $29 per month), users can build interactive tours and virtual environments, scan and annotate 3D models, and publish across multiple platforms. Create XR (starting at $99 per month) provides advanced deployment options, including a branded, multi-device landing page, and compatibility with all major high-end headsets. The plans are backed by ThingLink’s AI-powered creation flow, integration with tools such as Canva, and performance analytics.
  • Schoox, a global innovator in learning and skills development, launched its Learning Impact Suite, an AI-engineered learning solution that starts with desired business outcomes and creates learning programs to achieve them. With the Learning Impact Suite, organizations can map business goals to role-based skills; generate learning plans and customized content at scale; forecast ROI before rollout; and continuously adapt learning as business priorities evolve.
  • Skillable, a leader in hands-on learning and skill validation, launched Skillable Marketplace, a curated catalog of ready-to-launch hands-on labs designed and built by industry experts including EC-Council, Citrix, Comtech, and CyberWargames AI.The virtual IT labs are curated by roles, skills, and products to help teams, managers, and individuals build capabilities through hands-on experiences. Skillable Marketplace also benefits software, technology, and training organizations with an additional revenue channel. The global catalog enables organizations to monetize their lab content and reach learners who otherwise could not access those labs. Sellers on Skillable Marketplace benefit from publishing guidelines, monthly reporting and payouts; and support with hosting, uptime, payments, and compliance.
  • Intrepid by VitalSource released AI Insights Explorer, a chat-style analytics experience that acts like a dedicated data analyst trained specifically on the Intrepid platform. Admins and instructors can ask questions about their classes and get instant, contextual answers without diving into spreadsheets or reports. Intrepid also introduced the Discussion Dashboard with AI-powered insights, which provides a real-time pulse of conversation health across a cohort. The dashboard provides engagement at a glance and, when AI is enabled, summarizes the top discussion themes with examples and counts. Leaders can quickly see what is resonating, what is contentious, and who may need support, then tailor coaching and prepare live touchpoints.
