  • NTT DATA, a digital business and IT services leader, announced a new end-to-end employee talent experience platform that enables organizations to deliver targeted new skilling and reskilling programs at scale. TalentBASE provides a unified, personalized learning environment where employees can seamlessly access, consume, and interact with the latest training content.
  • MasterClass, a streaming platform where anyone can learn from the world’s best in their field, expanded its MasterClass at Work, its learning and development (L&D) enterprise offering. The expansion includes the L&D platform’s learning management system (LMS) integrations and new enterprise-exclusive content, Skill Builder and Paths. Skill Builder focuses on a specific skill or capability such as public speaking, leading a team, and personal growth. Each Skill Builder is delivered as a 20-minute video, and includes a narrator as the connective thread between instructors. Paths start with a big challenge relevant to a role within the organization, and then outline the steps a person needs to take and the skills and mindset they need to develop to solve that challenge. Each Path includes active learning components such as Playbooks, which support practice and application of learning, and Community Discussion. MasterClass at Work also integrated with learning management systems and learning experience platforms, including Degreed, which is MasterClass’ first integration with a learning experience platform.
  • Smart Touch Communications LLC launched new learning modules designed to help people achieve their business goals by improving their communication skills and ability to think strategically about how they communicate to customers, clients, and colleagues. The first set of Smart Touch learning modules focuses on communicating effectively by phone, by e-mail, and at meetings, with additional modules for text, instant messaging, social media, and networking under development.
  • AtlasJobs, a subsidiary of Pod, a leader in talent acquisition and retention solutions, launched the platform’s People Map feature, a tool designed to transform how companies discover and connect with talent in their organizations. The People Map enables companies and recruiters to locate and connect with potential candidates and existing employees across the organization. Utilizing advanced algorithms, the People Map suggests potential matches based on relevant factors such as skill sets, experience, and department needs.
  • Performance management platform 15Five launched its HR Outcomes Dashboard, giving HR leaders a way to easily measure, analyze, and act with confidence on the data that connects their performance management programs to business impact. The HR Outcomes Dashboard captures an organization’s key talent data within the 15Five platform, then synthesizes that data into the three primary outcomes of most concern to both HR leaders and the C-suite: maximizing employee performance, reducing regrettable turnover, and increasing employee engagement. It also provides a new measure of manager effectiveness, a key driver in achieving those outcomes.
  • Visier, a leader in people analytics and workforce solutions for people-powered business, announced Smart Compensation, a new data-driven product designed to simplify the complex compensation planning process and help managers to make fair, equitable, and effective pay decisions. Smart Compensation can be utilized by both current Visier customers within their suite of Visier offerings, or by new customers as a standalone application. Visier also announced “Vee,” a generative AI-based digital assistant available within the Visier People solution and via integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Intertek Alchemy, a global leader in workforce training solutions, announced new training resources to help front-line employees and managers understand and adopt lean manufacturing principles. The new training is part of the company’s Lean Manufacturing Library of eLearning and group training courses. The courses provide real-world, practical approaches to identifying and eliminating waste.
  • Employ Prince George’s, a workforce development 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping job seekers secure wage employment and assisting businesses to find skilled and qualified employees, launched a multi-year initiative that expands its career coaching services for area job seekers. In collaboration with education and career coaching nonprofit InsideTrack, the Prince George’s County-based workforce development organization will train its team of career advisors and coaches on evidence-based best practices in human-centered coaching to help understand the complex barriers and challenges to re-employment that often face people experiencing job loss or a career transition.
