  • ELB Learning, ​​a market leader delivering a comprehensive suite of learning products and services worldwide, launched MicroBuilder, an artificial intelligence-integrated microlearning tool. The rapid authoring tool allows everyone, regardless of technical background, to quickly build custom learning modules (text, video, images, quizzes, etc.) that can be implemented directly into their learning platforms. Features include: speak through artificial intelligence (AI) with AI avatars, generate learning content with AI assistance, produce content from files you upload, AI-generated analogies and scenarios, step-by-step guidance integration, innovative text block features, engaging question set creation, and AI-powered translation capabilities. MicroBuilder also allows learners to access the ELB Learning Stock Asset Library, and publish as SCORM to seamlessly distribute global content to any third-party learning management system (LMS).
  • Wisetail, an Intertek Company and a leader in innovative digital learning technologies, unveiled a new product offering following its integration with PlayerLync’s technology. This new digital platform is built to close knowledge gaps for frontline workers anytime, anywhere. This launch marks the unveiling of a refreshed Wisetail brand that now includes Learning Management powered by Wisetail, Content Management powered by PlayerLync, and Operations powered by Wisetail. Complete with offline functionality, the platform supports real-time performance tracking, precise data insights, flexible reports, and configurable content delivery available when employees need it. This seamless integration reduces the complexity and disruption of searching for the right reference material.
  • People platform Lattice launched Performance Summarization and Key Driver Analysis, the newest tools in Lattice AI’s Performance Insights and Engagement Insights products. Performance Summarization provides people managers with a summary of all feedback their reports have received within the last six months. Key Driver Analysis builds on previously launched AI tool Comment Trends by surfacing the top three theme groups impacting engagement scores, stack-ranked by impact. Lattice also announced the early access debut of Lattice Payroll, a new payroll solution that will integrate with the company’s HRIS and Talent Suite. Lattice Payroll will include W-4 onboarding, time tracking, employee pay slips, trend reporting, and AI-powered anomaly detection (which will proactively detect potential errors so they can be fixed before they become expensive problems). Lattice Payroll will be widely available by early 2025.
  • Welcome Tech, a For Benefit corporation transforming the way immigrant communities access essential services in the U.S., launched its SABEResPODER community portal—a platform dedicated to connecting the 250 million-global immigrant community with the information, products, and services they need to thrive in a new country—and its dedicated employer portal, Welcome+, which allows employers to offer benefits and recruit directly from Welcome Tech’s SEP Jobs Network. Employers also can offer Welcome+ subscriptions to their teams. Subscription costs are less than $1 per day, per employee and family, and enrollment can take place any time of the year. Employee benefits and support through Welcome+ include global travel, hearing, legal access, ID protection, vision, diabetic care, mental health, roadside assistance, telemedicine, prescriptions, dental, and fertility care.
  • The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) announced a new suite of qualifications, available from September 2024, that will focus on digital agility. The new qualifications include: Foundation Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing, Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing, and Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing.
