  • Global online learning platform Coursera, Inc., launched Skill Tracks, a data-backed learning solution mapped to specific occupations that guides learners from foundational knowledge to expert proficiency through verified skill paths. Four Skill Tracks are currently available: Software and Product, IT, Data, and GenAI.
  • Call Center Coach announced the Servant Leader App, an exclusive first-supervisor-level Leadership Execution System (LES) designed to embed Servant Leadership directly into the daily workflow of contact centers. The system converts leadership standards into in-the-flow behavioral reinforcement using culture-calibrated AI.
  • Klaar, a performance management platform built by HR leaders for HR leaders, announced its official launch in the U.S. Klaar offers AI-enhanced tools and a suite of performance management capabilities, including: goals and objectives and key results; reviews and one-on-ones; individual development plans; competencies; surveys; and 360 assessments.
