  • Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, announced that Discovery and Fluency content from Udacity, a leader in digital education training, is now available within Cornerstone Content Subscriptions—formerly known as Cornerstone Content Anytime (CCA)— offering premium technology content co-created with industry leaders such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Udacity content is now available in Cornerstone’s Professional Skills and Technology Subscriptions.
  • Apploi, a workforce system for healthcare employers, formed a new strategic partnership with Empeon, a comprehensive healthcare-focused Payroll and HR platform. This collaboration streamlines and enhances the staff experience for healthcare facilities, making a seamless, integrated process from job post through to first paycheck.
  • Lightcast, a provider of global labor market data, analytics, and expert guidance, achieved Workday Certified Integration status. Workday, Inc., is a leader in enterprise cloud applications for financeand Human Resources. Through this integration, Lightcast can provide customers with a seamless integration that connects Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Skills Cloud and with Lightcast Talent Transform. The integration enables joint Workday and Lightcast customers to enhance their Workday job profiles with Lightcast labor market data, creating the foundation of a skills-based organization with skills profiles, access to granular supply and demand data, and insights to competitive hiring trends. With this integration, joint customers also have access to the Lightcast Open Occupations, Open Titles, and Open Skills These global taxonomies of more than 1,900 occupations, 75,000 job titles, and 33,000 skills complement Workday’s existing skills taxonomy, and can help users understand which skills are in demand, how they relate to each other, and how they can shape hiring and talent management strategies.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Udemy  are teaming up to offer AWS customers a learning program that helps leaders unlock generative AI (genAI) opportunities. The course will be available through the Udemy Business Leadership Academy. Developed in collaboration with AWS, the program equips leaders with genAI tools, enabling them to learn, innovate, test, plan, and lead the genAI transformation within their organization.
  • International strategy execution and change management firm Kotter International, Inc.,formed a new partnership with global online learning platform Coursera, to offer four courses on change leadership. The specialization will introduce the Science of Change and Kotter’s methodologies, which are based on 50-plus years of empirical research, to equip learners to unlock their own potential and guide their organizations through transformation.
  • Executive search and interim management consultancies Anderson Quigley and Griffith Group Executive Search partnered to expand their recruitment services to both sides of the Atlantic. The partnership between the UK and Canada-headquartered firms will further enable their global recruitment of diverse talent for academic institutions, charities, global foundations, public sectors, and private corporations across the UK, U.S., and Canada.
