- Skillsoft, which delivers personalized, interactive learning experiences and enterprise-ready solutions, partnered with Salesforce to bring Skillsoft CAISYagent actions to Agentforce and the Salesforce ecosystem, transforming how organizations upskill and reskill their customer support teams at scale. The new Skillsoft CAISY offerings for the Salesforce ecosystem will provide interactive, AI-powered coaching environments where organizations and their support teams can simulate and practice high-stakes customer conversations, receive real-time feedback, and strengthen critical power skills such as communication, empathy, and problem solving—all without disrupting daily workflows.
- Global professional services company Accenture acquired TalentSprint, a leader in deep tech education, from NSE Academy Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). TalentSprint offers learning programs to emerging and experienced professionals in partnership with top-tier academic institutions and enterprise technology providers. The acquisition will bolster Accenture LearnVantage’s ability to drive growth through university certifications and bootcamps, creating trained talent pools for enterprises and governments. With headquarters in Hyderabad, India, and offices in Sunnyvale, CA, TalentSprint’s team of approximately 210 professionals will join Accenture LearnVantage.
- Skillable, a pioneer in performance-based learning and skill validation, and Docebo, a leading provider of learning platforms with a foundation in artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation, formed partnership to enable Docebo to bring hands-on experiences directly to its clients and prospects through the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). Skillable’s platform includes 1,300 ready-made experiential labs that cover topics and technologies, such as Cybersecurity, AWS, Azure, IT Operations, Programming, and Data Science, and features an authoring tool for tailoring templates or creating custom labs.
- ArborXR, an enterprise XR device management platform, acquired InformXR, an XR learning analytics platform led by founder and entrepreneur Dan Kuykendall. He will join ArborXR, along with his engineering and data-science team as part of the transaction. The acquisition enables the launch of ArborXR’s XR analytics suite, ArborXR Insights, which allows customers to capture learner performance data, prove ROI to stakeholders, and seamlessly integrate virtual reality (VR) into their existing learning management systems. ArborXR Insights currently is rolled out in a closed beta with 40 customers and partners, with general availability to follow this summer. - BUNDLAR, LLC, an innovator in augmented reality (AR) solutions, was awarded a $1.9 million Tactical Funding Increase (TACFI) by the United States Air Force. This award will support the Air National Guard (ANG) with augmented 3D experiences for flightline scenarios, enabling rapid customization for various Air Force tasks. BUNDLAR’s project will leverage augmented reality headsets to demonstrate the utility of AR in enhancing decision-making and operational agility.
- Aiming to reshape quality assurance in virtual education, the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC) and the Virtual Learning Leadership Alliance (VLLA) formed a new strategic partnership to streamline and strengthen accreditation for online schools and programs. The partnership leverages ACS WASC’s decades of experience in rigorous school accreditation and VLLA’s AccredVEd initiative—a new certification framework grounded in the National Standards for Quality Online Programs. The result is a joint accreditation process designed specifically for virtual programs.
- Entrinsik, a leader in business intelligence and data analytics solutions, announced the launch of “Ask Gumby” at California Lutheran University (CLU). Built on Entrinsik’s Informer AI platform, the campus-wide AI assistant delivers intelligent, personalized answers to academic and administrative questions directly within the university’s MyCLU App/Portal 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- ISN,a global leader in contractor and supplier information management services, formed a partnership with Safety Function, a leader in evidence-based safety led by Dr. Matthew Hallowell. Through this partnership, ISN contractors and hiring clients will gain access to Safety Function’s Learning Management System (LMS) courses within ISNetworld, including the Energy Wheel. The Energy Wheel is a tool that outlines how 10 critical energy mechanisms commonly manifest themselves in the workplace and helps contractors improve hazard recognition, assess potential injury severity, and evaluate the adequacy of controls for workers on a jobsite.
- Next Level Education (NLE), a provider of continuing education and training for the mortgage industry, acquired Summit Mortgage Training. Andrea Gagliardi, founder of Summit, has joined the Next Level team as director of Content Management. Among the new courses NLE will are “Ninety Days to Impact!,” a 13-week coaching program for new loan officers designed to increase organizations and referral sources, and “Mortgage Fundamentals,” an introductory course on the mechanics of loan originations.
