  • Traliant, a provider of online compliance training solutions, acquired eLearning leader Kantola Training Solutions, which focuses on harassment prevention and diversity, equity, and inclusion training solutions.
  • Engagedly, Inc., a provider of AI-powered cloud-based talent management software, acquired theEMPLOYEEapp, an employee communication platform for deskless employees.
  • Bites, a learning management and employee communications company, and 7shifts, a software platform dedicated to simplifying labor management for restaurants, formed a new partnership that will enable restaurants to create and distribute training materials for their front-line employees. The Bites training tool enables the creation of reusable, trackable training videos.
  • MadCap Software, Inc., a leader in multi-channel content authoring, management and publishing, acquired Xyleme, Inc., a leader in intelligent content management for the development, management, delivery, and syndication of proprietary learning and development content.
