  • Docebo Inc. formed a partnership with ELB Learning. ELB Learning’s learning content strategy, custom content development solutions, and immersive authoring tools will integrate with Docebo’s learning platform.
  • Digital content delivery and learning platform provider VitalSource acquired Akademos, a leader in building technology to create efficient, cost-effective course materials delivery solutions.
  • GLC Advisors & Co., LLC, an independent investment banking advisory firm, facilitated the sale of Verus Global to iPEC, whose Coach Training Program was one of the first coach training programs to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). iPEC is a portfolio company of Eureka Equity Partners. As two leaders in the professional leadership training and coaching space, their union will expand iPEC’s reach and enable it to offer new tools and strategies to its customer base.
