Sticky Notes: 5 Key Training Tech Challenges

If leaders don’t keep score and reinforce training day-to-day, it has no hope of sticking.

Before adopting the latest training technology to boost team performance, consider five key challenges:

  1. Resistance to change can hinder adoption if employees are skeptical.
  2. Lack of personalization may reduce engagement if content doesn’t suit diverse learning preferences.
  3. Software compatibility issues can limit reach, especially for remote workers.
  4. Measuring effectiveness is difficult when learning outcomes aren’t clearly tied to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Content relevance is key; outdated info means ineffective training.

And don’t forget: Manager engagement is a must. If leaders don’t keep score and reinforce training day-to-day, it has no hope of sticking.
