People are increasingly turning to journaling and creative writing to help cope with mental health symptoms, according to a recent study.

A new study by StoryTerrace (https://storyterrace.com/en-GB/) found that people are increasingly turning to journaling and creative writing to help cope with mental health symptoms, particularly those linked to stress. Survey findings include:

  • 17% say they have picked up journaling over the course of the last two years to help with their mental health.
