Transportation company England Logistics invites all team members to join its 14-module ELevation certification program, which is central to the company’s “Betterment” mission: the essential process of constant self-improvement. ELevation equips employees with essential skills for career advancement, fostering personal and professional growth.

Program Details

Delivered live via Microsoft Teams with materials accessible in England Logistics’ learning management system (LMS), Docebo, the program is structured into four levels, each of which builds on the previous one for a coherent development path:

  1. Culture and Communication: Focuses on company culture and enhancing communication skills
  2. Betterment through Hard Work and Teamwork: Highlights dedication and teamwork for organizational goals
  3. Problem Solving and Self-Awareness: Develops critical thinking and self-awareness for continuous improvement
  4. Networking and Career Development: Teaches effective networking and career planning strategies for leadership roles

After each module, participants complete a survey on their learning and set actionable goals. The program culminates in a summit, where participants discuss all modules and share their most impactful learnings and how they plan to use the knowledge gained, reinforcing the material and fostering a sense of community.

ELevation emphasizes real-world application, motivating employees to implement what they’ve learned. Each level concludes with a certification and award, recognizing achievements and promoting continuous improvement.

Regular check-ins and career development discussions with direct leaders provide ongoing support and accountability while helping employees set and adjust long-term goals, ensuring alignment with their evolving skills and organizational needs. Accessible resources on Docebo allow for continuous review of materials, while interactive sessions on Microsoft Teams foster engagement and real-time feedback. The program also offers advanced modules or refresher courses to build on initial training and address emerging trends.

Peer learning and mentorship opportunities foster collaborative growth and continuous development. Ongoing feedback sessions provide guidance for skill refinement and adaptation to new challenges.

Results

ELevation participants have shown improvement in applying new skills and increased proactive engagement in their roles. And 25 percent of ELevation participants received promotions to higher positions within the company.
