The guest speaker was Larry McAlister, who is the head of Talent Enablement at NetApp. NetApp is a technology company with over 13,000 employees. He has been a guest on the podcast in the past, and during his time at NetApp, he’s implemented a lot of technology in the HR and people practice at his organization. Larry McAlister is big on leveraging technology to hire and develop the best people and says we are in the Golden Age of HR technology with AI and augmented reality.
Larry joined the community call to answer questions surrounding technology and share his thoughts on what’s going on with HR technology. He also shared his approach to evaluating different technology partners and vendors.
